Kino actually already sponsor us for Art Prizes, I wonder why they're not down with Vendoring?

I'd like to see Kinokuniya there, too. The problem as it's been explained to me in the past is the costs to Kinokuniya of staffing it. They need to be confident they're going to make a certain level of sales and I'm not sure if they've felt confident about that in the past. Hopefully with the new venue, they might!

I'm not 100% if I should add this link in "new vendors" but I've come across an interesting website. It's a site that sells music [well generally J-rock] to people online. They're quite reasonable prices and we do have quite a few Australia-con-goers that DO like the whole J-rock/Visual Kei thing.

And they may be able to start some sort of store or something in Australia. I've also heard they can contact the Japanese artists so this can be the start of bringing Japanese [J-rock for starters] artists to Australia?
I know its a long shot but I just thought I'd put it out there...

.... and its a long shot that is going to pay off. im of the way of life that thinks of the world like this: high risk = high reward, in layman words, as long as the reward is equal or greater then the risk, i say go for it. to come back to the topic @ hand, i say that this might just work. you guys have done some crazy things @ in the past (the speach @ smash 2010 to say that its going to the scec next year, is a good exanple), also in a diffent topic, it was said that there should be a gig @ next years smash. this can be a great tie in event/store.
